Since then the Costa del Sol has experienced huge growth but Benahavis has retained its original Spanish charm. Having spent so long in the area I have a good knowledge of the local history, old fincas, the secret rock pools and the best places to see the most amazing views of the western Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">I grew up in South Devon, another beautiful part of the world, so developed my love of the outdoors from the Devon coastline and Dartmoor. Since then I have spent time living in London, the Canary Islands and Andalucia.
